HKBG's Assembly Workshop Holds Operational Skills Competition to Celebrate International Labor Day
To honor International Labor Day and pay tribute to the hardworking employees who have made outstanding contributions to HKBG's development, HKBG's assembly workshop successfully held an operational skills competition on April 30th, ahead of the May 1st holiday. The competition aimed to showcase the professional skills of the assembly team specialized in golf carts, sightseeing carts and vintage cars, stimulate the enthusiasm for learning and practicing skills, and further enhance the overall operational level, product quality and team cohesion of the workshop.
During the competition, all participants showed a positive and rigorous attitude. Combining their daily experience in assembling golf carts, sightseeing carts and vintage cars, they operated skillfully, moved in an orderly manner, and fully demonstrated their solid professional foundation and proficient operational skills in product assembly, component debugging and quality inspection. The judges group, composed of HKBG's workshop management personnel and technical backbones, evaluated the participants fairly and impartially based on the criteria of operation standardization, assembly efficiency, product precision and operational safety, ensuring the authority and fairness of the competition results.
The person in charge of HKBG's assembly workshop stated that holding this operational skills competition is not only a meaningful way to celebrate International Labor Day, but also an important measure to promote the construction of HKBG's talent team and improve the quality of its core products.
