The new Qiyuan A07 features a fastback roof and a closed front fascia. Its illuminated through-type headlights create a highly recognizable silhouette. The new model also features frameless doors, concealed door handles, and a power liftgate.

Dimensionally, the new Qiyuan A07 measures 4905 mm in length, 1910 mm in width, and 1480 mm in height, respectively, with a wheelbase of 2900 mm.

In terms of interior features, the Changan Qiyuan A07 Blue Whale Pure Electric Edition continues to feature a dashboard-less design. Information is provided by an AR-HUD heads-up display (available on higher-end models) and a 15.4-inch floating central control screen. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 automotive chip is standard. The new car is equipped with Qiyuan OS 2.0, which supports Bluetooth key sharing, AutoNavi navigation, HUAWEI HiCar/Carlink mobile connectivity, 4G network, karaoke functionality, Sentry Mode, and upgraded mobile app reservation functions.

In terms of power battery, the new version of Qiyuan A07 is equipped with a battery pack with a capacity of 35.07 kWh, which has a higher capacity than the power battery equipped in the extended-range version of the car on sale.
