Our golf cart factory held workshop internship training for new employees to help new employees grow rapidly during the graduation season
In July, during the graduation season, a large number of new employees entered the workplace with their dreams. In order to help new employees quickly familiarize themselves with the company's production process and consolidate their professional skills, our company recently carried out a one-week workshop internship training activity for new employees in its golf cart factory.
This training focuses on "combining theory with practice, and growing in the front line", and revolves around the entire production process of golf carts. During the training, under the leadership of the factory's technical backbones, the new employees successively entered the core workshops such as frame welding, circuit assembly, and vehicle debugging, and observed the entire process of golf carts from parts processing to vehicle assembly. For key technologies such as battery power systems and steering control design, technical masters explained the product performance and production standards to new employees through on-site demonstrations, interactive questions and answers, and helped everyone establish an intuitive understanding of the product.
In addition to learning about the production process, the training also covers the quality inspection process. New employees followed the quality inspection team to learn about the safety performance test and endurance verification standards of golf carts, and understand the quality concept of "each car must undergo 12 strict tests before it can leave the factory." "I only truly understand the meaning of 'details determine quality' when I touch the parts in the workshop and watch a car turn from scattered parts into a finished product." Xiao Li, a new employee who participated in the training, said that the front-line internship gave him a clearer positioning of his job.
The head of the company's human resources department said that graduation season is a critical period for newcomers to integrate into the company, and workshop internships are an important step to help them transform from "campus people" to "workplace people." By going deep into the production line, new employees can not only quickly familiarize themselves with product knowledge, but also understand the company's craftsmanship and quality pursuit, laying a solid foundation for subsequent job work. In the future, the company will continue to optimize the new employee training system to help more young people achieve growth and value in their jobs.
It is understood that after the training, new employees will enter the probation period according to job requirements. The company will further promote their integration into the team and improve their abilities through "mentor-apprentice" and "project practice", injecting fresh blood into the innovative development of the golf cart business.
