The second-generation Qin PLUS Intelligent Driving Edition adopts BYD's latest family design, featuring a redesigned front grille with added vents on both sides and revised headlights. At the rear, the new model retains the through-type light strip, but the taillights are now slimmer and the interior cavity adopts the Chinese knot-style design of the Dynasty series. The rear bumper has also been redesigned, with the license plate holder area changing from the current inverted trapezoidal shape to a regular trapezoidal shape.

The second-generation Qin PLUS DM-i Intelligent Driving Edition measures 4780 mm in length, 1837 mm in width, and 1515 mm in height, respectively, with a wheelbase of 2718 mm. Compared to the previous model, the vehicle's length has increased by 15 mm, and its height has increased by 20 mm. Other dimensions remain unchanged. The second-generation Qin PLUS EV Intelligent Driving Edition measures 4795 mm in length, 1837 mm in width, and 1515 mm in height, respectively, with a wheelbase of 2718 mm. The second-generation Qin PLUS Intelligent Driving Edition will be equipped standard across the entire range with the DiPilot 100 Advanced Intelligent Driving Triple-Eye C system. This system features 12 cameras, including a front windshield tri-lens camera and side/rear cameras, as well as five millimeter-wave radars and 12 ultrasonic radars, for a total of 29 sensors. These sensors support features such as High-Non-Availability Navigation (HNOA) and Smart Parking.


The second-generation Qin PLUS Intelligent Driving Edition features a redesigned center console, featuring a metal honeycomb trim and leather cladding. It also features a new three-spoke steering wheel with intelligent driving paddles on the left rear. The front seats will feature a new split-type design, replacing the current model's integrated seats. However, the rear seats remain unchanged.

Powering the second-generation Qin PLUS DM-i Intelligent Driving Edition is BYD's fifth-generation DM hybrid technology, with a 1.5-liter engine producing 74 kilowatts and a 120-kilowatt electric motor. The car is equipped with two battery packs of 7.68 kWh and 15.874 kWh, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's pure electric range is 43 kilometers and 90 kilometers respectively.
